Quick Cyber Incident Support
We at Virtual Tech Gurus (VTG) take pride in our work and commitment to the growth and development of our customer’s business. Unfortunately, one of our new customers called us last Friday at 5:15 PM to report a cyber incident. They needed quick cyber incident support to restore the business data from their backup.
Even though it was late on a Friday afternoon, Greg Parks (Director of Technical Delivery) took up the task without hesitation and worked relentlessly with the support team. The team worked diligently to get the resources identified, created and signed the contract, and engaged resources in less than 24 hours. Due to this quick action from the team, the next day, by 4 pm, we solved the customer issues and restored the business data.
On weekends, companies are usually not working, but due to our customer-centric culture at VTG, we could complete the task on a non-working day. Our HR, development, support, and sales team worked together to solve the issue. On short notice, our team took up the challenge and cooperated to complete the task at hand.
This incident resulted in excellent customer satisfaction and heaps of praise on our team. We go to great lengths to serve our customers with on-time delivery.
